Tony and Debbie Turner had just bought a beautiful, but very sad looking old country Vicarage. The house in general has been completely transformed by them and is now returned to the splendid elegance of its former glory.
Along the way Grand Union Designs were commissioned to work on the kitchen, utility room, dressing room and master ensuite. The kitchen posed quite a few problems as it comprised of 2 areas with a very large chimney breast between them. Phil suggested a hole be punched through the breast and 2 arched openings.
These have then been panelled to pull the two halves of the kitchen together. The result is stunning. Creating a working kitchen end and a breakfast/informal dining end to the space.
Debbie said that Phil was the only one of those invited to quote who rose to the challenge. His designs were completely different to the other and made us consider the space in another light.
‘We are thrilled with the results and especially the exquisite quality and effort that has gone into the job.
We would recommend Grand Union Designs to everyone. The level of service almost belongs to a bygone age‘.
